Contact KatieA Fairlawn brokerage built around one idea. You should understand every document you sign before you sign it.
Catalyst Realty Group is a family-owned brokerage based in Fairlawn. Our agents work with buyers, sellers and investors across Northeast Ohio, including Summit, Medina, Cuyahoga, Portage, Stark, Wayne, Lorain and Geauga counties. Our management arm CRPM handles property management under the same ownership.
Everyone at our office has a team mentality. There are no egos here.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling one you’ve owned for thirty years, or adding to an investment portfolio, the same obstacle tends to come up: being asked to decide quickly on documents no one has explained. We walk through the comparable sales, contract language, and costs in plain terms before anything is signed. That way, you can move forward with a clear understanding of what you’re agreeing to and why.
Your Guide
We work out of an office on Kumho Drive in Fairlawn, so we’re pricing homes in the neighborhoods we drive through every day. Fairlawn Heights brick ranches don’t sell like Bath Township estates. Copley doesn’t move like West Akron.
We price street by street, not by zip code.
When we help you price a home, we start with the street you’re on, not a zip code average. We look at the closest comparable sales, walk through the property’s condition and updates, and consider how factors like lot size and rental demand affect value in your specific pocket of Akron or Northeast Ohio. For sellers, that means a list price grounded in what buyers are actually paying nearby. For buyers and investors, it means a clearer sense of whether a property is priced fairly before you make an offer, so you can move forward with confidence.
Three things you can hold us to.
There are no egos here. When your agent hits something they haven't seen before, they ask the room instead of guessing. You get the whole office's experience, not just one person's.
At Catalyst Realty Group, we match you with an agent whose focus fits your goals, backed by the support of our full team. Our residential agents guide buyers and sellers through Northeast Ohio's neighborhoods and pricing, while our investment agents help clients evaluate rental properties from single-family homes to multifamily buildings.
This is likely the largest transaction of your year, and the paperwork wasn't written for you. We read the agency agreement, the purchase contract and the closing statement with you, whatever the price point.
